Location: Annapolis, MD
Duration: Fulltime

Minimum 5 years total IT experience including software development life cycle methodologies
Minimum 3 years experience in requirements analysis, test planning, and testing in large-scale software development projects including Elicitation (use cases, UML, JAD, workflow analysis)
Analysis (Diagrams, prototyping, modeling)
Specification (Software requirements specifications, documentation, traceability matrices, business rules extraction and definition)
Verification (Test plan development, acceptance criteria, user documentation)
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Technical writing skills:
Facilitation / mentoring skills desirable
Change Management process experience
Reports Developer
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the development of statistical and operational reports
Experience with Oracle based reporting tools
Understanding of and participation in structure software development processes
Excellent communication skills
User training experience desired
Excellent teamwork skills
