Description:

Looking for experinced Business Specialist to serve in role of Business Analyst. We are looking for someone with strong business process redesign and reorganization experience and a great deal of experience utilizing applications such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Main area of duties:


* Interviewing subject matter experts including our key clients and software developers in order to map / diagram "as is" and "to be" work flows using Visio

* Analyzing these process flows and working with SMEs and the project teams to document and propose process changes / improvements

* Drafting other process related documentation such as policies and procedures and job aids related to the process flows

There will be a small amount of statewide travel for this position, less than 10%. Half of this role will involve meeting with Individuals and gathering requirements and half will be documenting/developing flow charts in Visio.

This candidate will have about 5-7 years of experience of relevant experience. Healthcare industry experience preferred, with a strong process efficiency, project management, and change management background. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
