Job Description -

* The major responsibility of the business analyst will be to enhance the flexibility and nimbleness for the execution of product and feature/parameter changes, credit decisioning enhancements, and service provider workflow changes, including the information on impacted systems, processes, and timelines.
* Oversee the establishment and maintenance of the business rules and workflows to ensure they are up to date and accurately reflect the business.
* Continually work to deliver efficiencies to the processes, which improve the costs, quality and productivity of the department.
* Develop systematic procedures necessary to acquire information from other departments as necessary.
* Lead cross-functional business projects and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
* Create, implement and execute business requirement documents in the most effective way possible.

Requirements:

* 3-6 years previous analysis experience in business
* Demonstrated aptitude in all areas of strategic development
* Demonstrated problem solving techniques in structuring work plans, analyzing data, evaluating options, and recommending solutions
* Experience in building effective/productive working relationships across functions, channels and organizational boundaries
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills
