Business Requirements Analyst

We are a startup that provides a software platform for (web 2.0) companies that
mostly earn revenue from advertising. Our platform handles revenue splits and
settlement enabling them to accurately provide reporst and invoices to partners
(carriers, publishers, ad networks, content providers, etc.)

We have been meeting with prospects over the past few months and the response
has been very strong. We are now looking for a business requirements analyst to
initially assess the current needs of our prospectiv e customers. We anticipate
providing a significant flow of business to a contractor and are open to
discussing full time employment opportunities.

The Analayst will have:

- A good understanding of the Internet advertising industry, content
distribution and ad networks
- The ability to document business requirements for a partner billing and
revenue settlement system.
- Experience in working in customer environments, specifically reviewing
contractual arrangements with partners and interviewing business development
personnel, IT personnel, product management and top management to determine
current and future requirements.
- Experience in properly documenting these requirements in a clear and concise
manner.

This person needs to be a senior level requirements analyst with prior
experience.
